ALLEN SCHNAPP - MANAGING MEMBER

Over eighteen years as independent consultant to the natural, confectionery, and specialty food trades, and over twenty-seven years experience in importing and marketing confectionery and food products. Previously was Executive Vice-President at a U.S. subsidiary of United Biscuits, Ltd. Allen also held key executive positions, as Vice-President for Marketing and Sales, of major full line confectionery companies. Owner, New World Marketing Group, which was sold in 2006.

KIM DAVIS -Marketing Manager

Prior experience includes seven years as Category Manager for a well known in-store bakery company, as well as Product Manager at a U.S. subsidiary of United Biscuits, Ltd. Kim's background includes twelve years of marketing and sales management experience with New World Marketing Group. Kim holds a Masters Degree in Management from Albertus Magnus College.
